| How do I check on the status of something I ordered? Will I be notified if and when the status changes? Answer: As soon as the item ships out we email the tracking numbers to the email address provided in the PayPal payment. As long as you receive an email from PayPal stating your order went through, then we received it. If there are any problems we will contact you. If you have not received any tracking numbers within 10 BUSINESS days then proceed to email or call us for your status. |

| What should I include when I e-mail or call ProbeAddiction? Answer: Please include the name on the order, email address it was purchased under, date ordered, transaction number and part description. This helps speed up the inquiry. |

| I'm having a problem installing my product, what should I do? Answer: If you have a problem please email us your issues and we will email you back with a solution. We are currently trying to get installation instructions and tips on the site to help the do-it-yourselfers. But we always recommend professional installation if something is above your skill level. |

| Whats the best way to find out the availability of a product? Answer: If you have any concerns on the timeliness of an order please email us for availability. We cannot stock every item and there are always manufacturer’s delays to be dealt with. Most items are shipped out within 3-5 business days of receipt of order. Custom parts that we manufacturer can take varying times depending on the flood of orders received and time frames to make each item. |

| What is the return policy at ProbeAddiction? Answer: All orders that are cancelled before shipment receive a 100% refund. Any order cancelled after shipping or within 5 business days of receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee and loss of original shipping charges from original order total. If product has been installed/fitted it cannot be returned. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECIEPT BY CUSTOMER. |

| How do add international shipping rates? Answer: Because each country is different please email us with your complete shipping address and parts you’re interested in ordering so we can calculate weight and size. We use USPS global express mail for international orders, with insurance. We cannot mark items at lower value due to if there is a loss or damage you lose money.
